1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water (or hot coffee for enhanced chocolate flavor)
For the Perfect Ganache Topping:

1 cup heavy cream
8 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)

Instructions:
