Creamy Parmesan Garlic Chicken Delight 

Ingredients:
1. 4 small-medium chicken breasts, or 2 large halved
2. Salt and pepper, to taste
3. 2 tablespoons olive oil
4. 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
5. 1 cup light cream, or heavy cream
6. 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, or oregano
7. 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
8. 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven:
1.1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly.
2. Season the Chicken:
2.1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken breasts.
3. Cook the Chicken:
3.1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
3.2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3.3. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
4. Make the Sauce:
4.1. Pour the cream into the skillet with the chicken.
4.2. Sprinkle Italian seasoning or oregano over the chicken.
4.3. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
5. Add Spinach (Optional):
5.1. If using spinach, add it to the skillet and cook until wilted.
6. Serve:
6.1. Plate the creamy Parmesan garlic chicken and spoon the sauce over the top.
6.2. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs if desired.
