Easter Dirt Cups

Ingredients:

1 package (14 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos)
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
2 cups cold milk
1 package (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup whipped topping
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup pastel chocolate eggs
Bunny marshmallow or candy decorations (optional)

Directions:

Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping and set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together the cold milk and instant chocolate pudding mix until thickened (about 2 minutes). Let it sit for 5 minutes to set.
Layer the cups: Start with a spoonful of crushed cookies at the bottom, followed by a layer of chocolate pudding, then a layer of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat the layers as desired.
Top each cup with remaining cookie crumbs, pastel chocolate eggs, and bunny decorations.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Tips:
