Ingredients:

For the Meatballs:

1 lb ground chickenย ๐Ÿ—
1/2 cup ricotta cheeseย ๐Ÿง€
1/4 cup grated Parmesanย ๐Ÿง€
1 eggย ๐Ÿฅš
1/2 cup breadcrumbsย ๐Ÿž
2 cloves garlic, mincedย ๐Ÿง„
Salt and pepperย ๐Ÿง‚
1 tbsp Italian seasoningย ๐ŸŒฟ
For the Spinach Alfredo Sauce:

2 tbsp butterย ๐Ÿงˆ
1 clove garlic, mincedย ๐Ÿง„
1 cup heavy creamย ๐Ÿฅ›
1/2 cup grated Parmesanย ๐Ÿง€
2 cups fresh spinachย ๐Ÿƒ
Salt and pepperย ๐Ÿง‚
Additional:

Pasta, ready to serveย ๐Ÿ
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
Combine meatball ingredients and form into small balls.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
For the sauce, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add cream and Parmesan, simmer until thickened, then stir in spinach until wilted.
Serve pasta with meatballs and Alfredo sauce on top.
