Ingredients:
– 2 ripe but firm bananas
– 1 tbsp coconut oil or melted butter
– 1 tbsp granulated sugar or coconut sugar
– 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, toss the banana slices with the coconut oil or melted butter, sugar, and ground cinnamon until evenly coated.
Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are golden and crispy.
Let cool and enjoy as a snack.
