Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce .

Ingredients:

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup beef broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter.
Season the steak bites with salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Sear the steak bites in the hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the beef broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
Add Italian seasoning and lemon juice, allowing the sauce to thicken for 2-3 minutes.
Return the steak bites to the skillet, coating them in the creamy Parmesan sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
