For the crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbsย
1/4 cup sugarย
1/2 cup unsalted butter, meltedย
For the cheesecake filling:
4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softenedย
1 1/4 cups granulated sugarย
1 tsp vanilla extractย
4 large eggsย
1 cup sour creamย
1/4 cup heavy creamย
1 tbsp all-purpose flourย
Instructionsย

1. Make the crust:
Preheat your oven to 325ยฐF (160ยฐC).ย
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.ย
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust.ย
Bake for 8-10 minutes, then set aside to cool.ย
2. Make the filling:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.ย

Add sugar and vanilla extract, and continue beating until well combined.ย

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.ย
Add sour cream, heavy cream, and flour, mixing until smooth and creamy.ย

3. Bake the cheesecake:
Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared crust.ย
Tap the pan gently on the counter to release any air bubbles.ย
Bake at 325ยฐF (160ยฐC) for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly wobbly.ย
