Balsamic-Glazed Pork Loin 🍖🍷✨
Ingredients:
2 lbs pork loin
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and rub pork loin with salt, pepper, and thyme.
2️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic.
3️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear the pork loin on all sides until browned.
4️⃣ Transfer pork to a baking dish, pour balsamic mixture over it, and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
