Big Mac Wraps
Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 1/4 cup finely diced dill pickles
– 1 tablespoon mustard
– 3 tablespoons ketchup
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– 1 yellow onion, diced (divided)
– 1 pound ground beef
– Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste, optional)
– 4 soft taco size tortillas
– 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
– 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Prepare the Big Mac sauce by mixing 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup finely diced dill pickles, 1 tablespoon mustard, 3 tablespoons ketchup, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2. In a medium skillet, cook and crumble 1 pound of ground beef with half of the diced yellow onion until the beef is fully cooked and the onions are soft. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Drain any excess grease if needed. Transfer the beef to a bowl.
3. To assemble the wraps, lay out 4 soft taco size tortillas. On each tortilla, add 1/2 cup shredded lettuce, 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles, the cooked beef mixture, the remaining diced onions, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and the prepared Big Mac sauce.
4. Fold the tortillas to form wraps and serve.
Notes:
For a vegetarian option, substitute the ground beef with plant-based crumbles or tofu.
