Cake Mix Coffee Cake

Ingredients:
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 cup of sour cream
4 large eggs
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of chopped pecans, optional
1 cup of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Start by preheating your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, sour cream, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
4. In another bowl, mix the brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and chopped pecans to create the streusel.
5. Pour half of the cake batter into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
6. Sprinkle half of the streusel mixture over the batter.
7. Add the rest of the cake batter on top and spread it out smoothly.
8. Top with the remaining streusel mixture.
9. Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
10. Let the cake cool in the pan for about 20 minutes.
11. For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
12. Drizzle the glaze over the slightly warm coffee cake.
