📝 Ingredients
For the Chocolate Cake Base:
✔ 1 cup all-purpose flour
✔ ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
✔ 1 tsp baking soda
✔ ½ tsp salt
✔ ¾ cup granulated sugar
✔ ½ cup vegetable oil
✔ 2 large eggs
✔ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✔ ½ cup buttermilk
✔ ½ cup hot coffee (or hot water)

For the Chocolate Mousse:
✔ 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
✔ 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate (melted)
✔ 2 tbsp powdered sugar
✔ 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Ganache:
✔ ½ cup heavy cream
✔ ½ cup dark chocolate, chopped

🍫 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Cake Base:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and line an 8-inch cake pan.
Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk, then mix in hot coffee.
Pour into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely.
2️⃣ Make the Chocolate Mousse:

Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Fold in melted chocolate until smooth and creamy.
Spread over the cooled cake base and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3️⃣ Prepare the Ganache:

Heat heavy cream until simmering, then pour over chopped chocolate.
Let sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
Pour over the mousse layer and refrigerate for another 1-2 hours.
