Ingredients:
For the Crust:
– 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs

Directions:
1. Prepare the Crust:
1.1. Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until well combined.
1.2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a serving dish to form the crust.
2. Make the Mousse Layers:
2.1. In separate bowls, melt the dark, milk, and white chocolate using your preferred method.
2.2. In a mixing bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream with ¼ cup powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
2.3. Gently fold the melted dark chocolate into the whipped cream until fully combined.
2.4. Spread the dark chocolate mousse over the prepared crust.
2.5. Repeat the same process for the milk chocolate and white chocolate layers.
3. Prepare the Ganache:
3.1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
3.2. Place the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
3.3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for a minute.
3.4. Stir the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
3.5. Allow the ganache to cool slightly before pouring it over the top layer of the mousse.
4. Chill and Serve:
4.1. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the mousse is set.
