Ingredients:

– ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
– ¾ cup brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated for safety)
– ½ teaspoon salt
– ½ cup heavy cream
– 1 ½ cups chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture firmly into a pie pan and refrigerate while preparing the filling.
2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
4. Gradually add the heat-treated flour and salt, mixing until smooth.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and beat until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the filling.
7. Spread the cookie dough filling evenly into the chilled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
8. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top for decoration.
9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm before slicing and serving.
