For the Chocolate Cake:
2 cups flour
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
¾ cup vegetable oil
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Fudge Filling:
1 cup dark chocolate, melted
¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
½ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp butter
For the Chocolate Ganache:
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup dark chocolate, chopped

Make the Chocolate Cake: Mix the dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk eggs, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes. Let cool.
Prepare the Fudge Filling: Melt dark chocolate and mix with sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and butter until smooth.
Assemble the Cake: Slice the cake into two or three layers. Spread the chocolate fudge filling between each layer.
Make the Ganache: Heat heavy cream and pour over chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth, then mix in butter for shine.
