Creamy Alfredo Pasta with Salmon & Shrimp .

Ingredients:

12 oz fettuccine pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup lemon juice
Extra Parmesan cheese for garnish
Directions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the salmon pieces and shrimp to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Lower the heat and mix in the Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
Return the cooked salmon and shrimp to the skillet, along with the cherry tomatoes. Stir gently to coat in the Alfredo sauce.
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined.
Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
Serve hot and enjoy!
