Creamy Bacon Spaghetti
Ingredients:
1. 1 tablespoon olive oil
2. 1 onion
3. 3 cloves garlic
4. 3 ½ cups milk
5. 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
6. 8 ounces cream cheese
7. 1 teaspoon salt
8. ½ teaspoon black pepper
9. 1 pound uncooked spaghetti
10. 1 cup mozzarella cheese
11. 1 cup cheddar cheese
12. ¾ cup bacon
13. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Chop the onion and garlic, then add them to the skillet. Cook until they are soft and fragrant.
3. Pour in the milk and cream of chicken soup. Stir well to combine.
4. Add the cream cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
6. Crumble the bacon into the skillet with the sauce. Stir in the cooked spaghetti until well coated.
7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
8. Transfer the spaghetti mixture to a baking dish. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
