Creamy Chicken Bacon Ranch Penne
Ingredients:
8 oz penne pasta
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Cook Pasta: Boil penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
Make Sauce: In the same skillet, add heavy cream, ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Combine Ingredients: Add shredded chicken, cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Mix until well combined and the cheese is melted.
