Crunchy Chicken with Creamy Pasta Bliss
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for sauce)
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup cooked pasta (penne or fettuccine)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Coat chicken breasts with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10 minutes until cooked through.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic powder and heavy cream. Stir well, then add grated Parmesan cheese and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Toss cooked pasta in the creamy sauce and serve with crispy chicken on top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
