Delicious Fresh Peach Fritters 



Ingredients:
– 1 cup flour 

– 1 teaspoon salt 

– 1 teaspoon baking powder 

– 2 tablespoons sugar 

– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 

– 2 eggs 



– 1/3 cup milk 

– 1 tablespoon melted butter 

– 1 1/4 cups diced peaches (about 2 fresh peaches) 

– Granulated sugar for coating or powdered sugar glaze 

– Oil for frying 

Powdered Sugar Glaze:
– 1 cup powdered sugar 

– Milk (enough for drizzling consistency) 

Whisk powdered sugar and milk together until smooth.
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder 



2. Add eggs, milk, and melted butter. Whisk until combined, then fold in the diced peaches 



3. Heat oil in a fryer or deep pan. Using a ladle, scoop 1/4–1/2 cup batter and carefully drop it into the hot oil. The batter will sink initially but rise as it cooks 



4. Fry each fritter until golden brown, adjusting based on their size. Remove with tongs and drain on paper towels or newspaper 



5. Coat the fritters with granulated sugar on both sides or drizzle with powdered sugar glaze
