12 slider rolls
8 large eggs, scrambled
1 cup shredded cheddar or sliced American cheese
1 ½ cups deli ham, sliced
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 tsp dried parsley (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13” baking dish.

Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the dish.

Layer scrambled eggs evenly over the rolls, followed by ham, then cheese.

Add the top halves of the rolls.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush over the tops.

Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5–7 more minutes until tops are golden.

Slice, serve warm, and enjoy every bite!
