Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cake 





This cake is a dream come true for cookie dough lovers! I made it for a birthday, and every bite was the perfect mix of creamy ice cream, chunks of cookie dough, and a crunchy cookie crust. It’s the ultimate no-bake treat for any occasion!
Ingredients:
For the crust:
2 cups crushed chocolate chip cookies
1/4 cup melted butter
For the filling:
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup edible cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
For the topping:
1 cup whipped topping
1/4 cup chocolate sauce
Extra cookie dough pieces for garnish
Directions:
Mix crushed cookies and melted butter, then press into a greased springform pan. Freeze for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix softened ice cream with cookie dough chunks and chocolate chips.
Spread the mixture over the crust and smooth the top. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Before serving, top with whipped topping, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and garnish with extra cookie dough.
