● 2 cups (480 ml) cold heavy cream
● 1 can (14 oz / 397 g) sweetened condensed milk
● 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Cookie Dough:
● ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, softened
● ½ cup (100 g) brown sugar
● ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
● 2 tbsp milk
● 1 tsp vanilla extract
● 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour (heat-treated*)
● ½ cup (90 g) mini chocolate chips
For the Candy Mix-ins:
● ¾ cup (150 g) chopped Snickers
● ¾ cup (150 g) chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
● ½ cup (120 ml) chocolate fudge sauce (optional) Instructions
Prepare the Cookie Dough – In a bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Stir in milk and vanilla extract, then mix in heat-treated flour and mini chocolate chips. Roll into small chunks and refrigerate.
Whip the Ice Cream Base – Using a mixer, whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
Candy Overload! – Fold in chopped Snickers, Reese’s, and cookie dough pieces. For extra indulgence, swirl in chocolate fudge sauce!
