Garlic Shrimp, Broccoli & Rice Power Bowl 



Simple, clean, and packed with protein and flavor!

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups broccoli florets
1 can white beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
1 cup jasmine or basmati rice
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: chili flakes for heat


Rinse rice and cook according to package instructions. Fluff and set aside.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and slightly crisp. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add a touch more oil if needed. Sauté broccoli and white beans for 5–7 minutes until tender and lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.

Scoop rice into a bowl, top with shrimp and the broccoli-bean mixture.

Sprinkle with chili flakes or drizzle with your favorite hot sauce for an extra kick.
