🍦 Homemade Moose Tracks Ice Cream 🍦

A dreamy, indulgent ice cream with a mix of vanilla, chocolate fudge, and peanut butter cups. Perfect for a sweet escape! 😍✨

Ingredients:
For the Ice Cream Base:

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
For the Fudge Swirl:

½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp heavy cream
For the Peanut Butter Cup Pieces:

1 cup mini peanut butter cups (roughly chopped)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Make the Ice Cream Base:
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.

2️⃣ Prepare the Fudge Swirl:
In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips, butter, and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir until smooth and thickened. Let cool.

3️⃣ Churn the Ice Cream:
Pour the ice cream base into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

4️⃣ Layer the Fudge and Peanut Butter Cups:
Once the ice cream is churned, transfer half to a container. Drizzle half of the fudge swirl over it and sprinkle with peanut butter cup pieces. Add the remaining ice cream, drizzle with the rest of the fudge, and top with the remaining peanut butter cups.

5️⃣ Freeze & Serve:
Freeze the ice cream for at least 4 hours to firm up. Scoop, serve, and enjoy!
