Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:
– 4 salmon fillets
– 3 tablespoons honey
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– 1 lemon, sliced for garnish
– Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
3. Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear salmon for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Transfer salmon to the prepared baking dish and pour the honey garlic sauce over the fillets.
6. Place lemon slices on top of each fillet and bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is flaky and cooked through.
7. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm with your favorite sides.

Serving:
Perfect with steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
