Ingredients:

๐ŸŒพย 1 cup all-purpose flour

๐Ÿงย 2 tsp baking powder
๐Ÿง‚ย 1/4 tsp salt
๐Ÿฅ›ย 1/2 cup milk
๐Ÿงˆย 2 tbsp melted butter
๐Ÿฆย 1 tsp vanilla extract
๐ŸŒฐย 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
๐Ÿฏย 3/4 cup brown sugar
๐Ÿซย 1/4 cup cocoa powder
๐Ÿ’ฆย 1 3/4 cup hot water
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).ย ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Prepare the cake batter:

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.ย ๐ŸŒพ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿซ
