Chewy Butterscotch Blondies
Soft, buttery blondies with a hint of caramel from the butterscotch chips. A simple, timeless dessert!

1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
Instructions:
Prepare the Batter: Mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold in butterscotch chips.
Bake: Spread into a greased 9×13-inch pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes.
Cool and Serve: Let cool before slicing into squares.
