Iced Lucky Green Apple Spritz 
Ingredients:
2 oz green apple vodka
1 oz elderflower liqueur 
1 oz fresh lime juice 
1/2 oz simple syrup 
Top with sparkling water 
Ice cubes (enough to fill the glass and serving glass)
Green apple slice for garnish
Mint sprig for garnish 
Instructions:
In a glass, combine the green apple vodka, elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
Fill the glass with ice cubes and top with sparkling water.
Stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a green apple slice and a mint sprig.
