4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
2 tbsp heavy cream

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep: Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3️⃣ Cream Butter & Sugar: Beat butter & sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
4️⃣ Incorporate Cocoa: Stir in cocoa powder until fully blended.
5️⃣ Combine: Alternate mixing in dry ingredients & milk, beginning & ending with dry ingredients. Fold in raspberries.
6️⃣ Prepare Lava Center: Microwave dark chocolate & heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
7️⃣ Assemble Cupcakes: Fill liners halfway, add 1 tsp melted chocolate in the center, then top with remaining batter.
8️⃣ Bake: Bake 18-22 minutes until set around the edges but soft in the center.
9️⃣ Cool & Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar for an elegant finish.
