Peach Fluff
Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) peach slices, drained and chopped
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry, do not prepare)
1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
½ cup chopped pecans (optional, for crunch)
Directions:
Mix the Base:
In a large bowl, combine chopped peaches, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows. Add Pudding Mix:
Sprinkle vanilla pudding mix over the fruit and stir to coat. Fold in the Fluff:
Gently fold in whipped topping until everything is well combined and creamy. Chill & Serve:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans before serving (optional). Enjoy this light, fluffy, and fruity dessert!
