2 tbsp milk

Instructions:
Prepare the crust:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a medium bowl, mix the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with melted butter until combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
Make the cheesecake filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
