Roasted Garlic White Chicken Pizza

Roasted Garlic White Chicken Pizza
Ingredients:
1 pre-made pizza crust or homemade pizza dough
2 tbsp olive oil
1 head of garlic
1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
½ cup heavy cream or Alfredo sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
Roast the Garlic:
Cut the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap it in foil, and roast in the oven for about 25 minutes or until soft. Once roasted, squeeze out the softened garlic cloves and mash them into a paste.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine the mashed roasted garlic with the heavy cream or Alfredo sauce. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Assemble the Pizza:
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.
Spread the roasted garlic sauce evenly over the crust.
Drop spoonfuls of ricotta cheese evenly around the pizza.
Top with shredded chicken, fresh spinach (optional), mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil or parsley before slicing and serving.
