🍓 Strawberry Buttermilk Pound Cake 🍰

Ingredients:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour 🥄
1 ½ cups granulated sugar 🍬
1 cup unsalted butter, softened 🧈
4 large eggs 🥚
½ cup buttermilk 🥛
1 tsp vanilla extract 🍦
1 tsp baking powder 🍞
½ tsp baking soda 🍚
½ tsp salt 🧂
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped 🍓

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 loaf pan. 🏠
Cream the butter and sugar together in a bowl until light and fluffy. 🧁
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. 🥄
Mix in vanilla extract. 🍦
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 🌾
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with buttermilk, starting and ending with the dry ingredients. 🥛
