

Stupid Pie – So Easy, It’s Almost Silly!

Ingredients:

1 pre-made pie crust (or homemade)

1 cup shredded coconut

½ cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

2 large eggs

½ cup melted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup chocolate chips (optional, but highly recommended!)

Directions:

Preheat & Prep:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan and crimp the edges.

Mix Everything Together:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
Stir in coconut, pecans, and chocolate chips (if using).

Pour & Bake:
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and slightly firm to the touch.

Cool & Serve:
Let the pie cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm or chilled, with whipped cream or ice cream!

Want it extra gooey? Swap half the butter for cream cheese!
