📋 Ingredients
● For the Crust:
• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 1/4 cup melted butter
● For the Mousse Layer:
• 2 cups cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
● For the Whipped Topping:
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
● For Decoration:
• Chocolate shavings
• 1 chocolate truffle

📝 Instructions
1: Preheat & Prepare the Crust – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Press the graham cracker crumbs mixed with melted butter into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish and bake for about 10 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
2: Make the Mousse – In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined. Pour this mixture over the cooled crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
3: Whip the Topping – In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with cocoa powder until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the chilled mousse layer.
4: Garnish & Serve – Arrange chocolate shavings on top, place the chocolate truffle on the whipped cream, and chill for an additional hour before serving. Enjoy your sinfully smooth triple chocolate mousse cake!
