Triple Chocolate Cake 🍫🎂

Ingredients:
– 1½ cups all-purpose flour 🌾
– 1½ cups granulated sugar 🍬
– ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 🍫
– 1½ tsp baking soda 🥄
– 1 tsp baking powder 🥄
– 1 tsp salt 🧂
– 2 large eggs 🥚
– 1 cup whole milk 🥛
– ½ cup vegetable oil 🛢️
– 2 tsp vanilla extract 🍦
– 1 cup boiling water 💧
– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 🍪
– 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped (for ganache) 🍫
– 1 cup heavy cream 🥄

Instructions:
1. 🔥 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
2. 🥣 In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
3. 🥄 Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth, then stir in boiling water. The batter will be thin.
4. 🍰 Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans and bake for 35 minutes.
5. 🍫 For the ganache, heat heavy cream until simmering, then pour over chopped dark chocolate. Stir until smooth.
6. 🎂 Once the cakes are cool, frost with ganache and enjoy!
